As a lathe operator, you will play a key role in the production of our parts. Your responsibilities in our company include:

Shaping our metal parts using a CNC lathe.

Job description:
Based on technical drawings, the lathe operator manufactures precision mechanical parts by removing material using machine tools, mainly lathes. They set up the machine, select appropriate tools, and ensure machining is carried out accurately according to strict tolerances. They perform dimensional checks at each stage, identify potential issues, and make necessary adjustments. At VALMECA SA, the lathe operator works with CNC machines, ensures proper maintenance of their workstation, and follows safety guidelines.
Profile sought:

Degree: CAP/BEP or vocational baccalaureate in machining, general mechanics, or machining technician.

Experience: More than 2 years in a similar position.

Required skills: Mastery of turning and milling techniques, CNC programming languages, ability to read and interpret technical plans and industrial drawings, etc.
